Rustic style spacious
country house located in Umbria region, near Terni city
in Italy. Surrounded by a portico, on the hillside (300 m.
above sea level) in quiet, panoramic position immersed in
the greenery of agricultural cultivations (olive trees,
vines, fruit trees) and of nearly woods. At “Il Manoscritto” you are not merely customers, but guests , wheter for the “green weeks” (availability of the whole structure), the weekend or for “Bed & Breakfast”. |

enlighten one’s spirit immersed in nature, a refuge
for the mind and body. Biological food products. Many towns as Spoleto,Assisi, Perugia, Rome, Orvieto, Viterbo, Todi, Spello, Narni, Trevi, and Montefalco are within an 80 km radius, able to satisfy the most refined needs regarding culture, spirituality and gastronomy. Trekking is possible, many paths are available. |

-The furniture in the
country-house is in country style, comfortable and cosy. -Luminous, bedrooms, a large lounge, well-equipped kitchen, living room. Good gastronomy available. -Nine-ten beds, 6 bathrooms. Two fireplaces, one wood-fired oven. Swimming pool (5 x 10 m), a riding school at 500 metres that has a special arrangement with us, Fidelity Card for certain shop and restaurants, a fully-equipped garden, “Tunnel of antique agricultural tools” and country prints. |
How to get here: from the Autostrada A1 highway, take the Orte exit and head towards Terni. Follow the signs for Stroncone - loc. Vascigliano. Within a few kmeters, you will see a sign indicating "Il Manoscritto" "Il Manoscritto" -
